I teach courses  in the English Department and MFA in Creative Writing and Literary Translation at Queens College–and in the Biography and Memoir and Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at The CUNY Graduate Center.

My courses include The Craft of Creative Nonfiction, Creative Nonfiction Workshop (Voice, Fact & Play | Intuition & Intention), Biography and Memoir, Voices of Neurodiversity, Consciousness & Literary Experiment, The Art & Science of Dreaming, Writing About Popular Music, and Podcasting. I’m Faculty Advisor for The Knight News and co-founder of The Queens Podcast Lab at Queens College.
